FEMALE TALENT IN CONSTRUCTION SCHEME
Clifton Homes is proud to be collaborating with the German Development agency GIZ Ghana and Ghana TVET Service (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) on their Female Talent in Construction Programme.
The scheme aims to promote and empower female talent in the construction industry by providing internships to promising students in the sector. The GIZ-backed scheme aims to benefit 150 students in total, with at least 50% being female. Clifton Homes has volunteered to give 6-12 students each year the opportunity to complete a 3-month placement within the company, exposing them to real-life commercial experience to hone their skills. “The scheme has been a great success this year” cites Ann Brewin, Clifton Homes CEO. “We were excited to give this opportunity to talented young students, a number of whom have excelled and have been invited to continue further with the company”.
