NOW OPEN - THE LENNOX
The Lennox welcomed its first residents in August 2022
Clifton Homes were delighted to welcome residents to The Lennox in August this year. The newly completed development on Patrice Lumumba Road in Airport Residential has transformed the streetscape on this prime thoroughfare, with the glass and metallic facade bringing a modern design presence to this evolving area. Residents have been making use of the wellbeing facilities on site, with the 250sqm gym in regular use and the rooftop pool providing a relaxing, quiet space overlooking the city. Elm Cafe also opened its doors to customers this month bringing the added convenience of a fresh, healthy dining option located within the perimeter of the development.
The onsite Facilities Management team have been busy welcoming residents, acquainting them with the development facilities and signing them up to the biometric access control system. The FM team manage the everyday running of The Lennox, including cleaning, Reception, security and maintenance, and are always on hand to assist with any enquiries from our residents.
The Clifton Homes Lettings and Property Management team have also been busy managing new tenants taking occupancy, many of whom have signed lettings contracts to commence ahead of Christmas. One popular amenity at The Lennox, especially for corporate clients, is the Business Centre located next to Reception. With a hotdesking space and two meetings rooms, the convenient facility is available for residents to book and provides a quiet, productive space for working.
With the Christmas period around the corner we look forward to completing the final few handovers at this Sold Out development and assisting clients as the community grows.
